CADavenue is acting as an intermediary between cardholders and merchants, and between cardholders and their credit card company, and is not liable for any issues between any of cardholders, merchants and credit card companies, including, without limitation, for any issues regarding merchandise, credit granting, or payment.
Credit Card purchases will be charged in Australian Dollars currency value and as listed on te CADavenue website at the time of purchase. When other currencies are selective, the prices shown on your purchase receipt are indicative only. The conversion from Australian dollars to other currencies is determined by your credit card provider at the time your credit card is charged. CADavenue is not responsible for other exchange charges imposed by your credit card provider.
Be aware that a customs duty tax may be charged once the shipment arrives at your country. CADavenue has no control on customs duty and is not responsible for these charges.
CADavenue will make every effort to ship the software on the same or the next working day after the order is received. Delivery times noted on the CADavenue website are indicative only. These delivery times may vary for reasons beyond the control of CADavenue. CADavenue may not ship the software before full payment of the software is received by CADavenue.
Refund Policy CADavenue has a No Refunds policy on software that is already delivered. The release of the software download address implies that the software is delivered. Product returns may only be accepted during the initial evaluation (unregistered) period. Once CADavenue releases the software authorization code to the purchaser or user, refunds will not be provided.

CADavenue's business is built on trust, honesty, and integrity. These traits permeate all aspects of our operations, including our web site.
Occasionally, through the use of this web site, certain identification data may be requested from visitors. This data is acquired through the use of forms, filled out by the visitor, and transmitted to CADavenue as e-mail.

The CADavenue discussion forums are public in nature and anyone may browse their content. These discussion forums are intended as a source of free information exchange between our users and other interested parties. When submitting a message to these forums, visitors are asked for their e-mail address. This e-mail address becomes part of the message and is available to anyone accessing the forum.
